Terms of Service

By using ASO Maniac (asomaniac.com) you agree to the following plain-language terms. We'll keep them short and honest.

Use the API responsibly

Stay within the rate limits for your plan. Don't pretend to be multiple accounts to dodge them. Don't hammer the API in tight loops without backoff. Cache results where it makes sense.

Don't reverse-engineer Apple data

Our keyword popularity data is sourced from Apple's own systems under their terms. You may consume our normalized output via the API; you may not redistribute it as a competing data product or attempt to reconstruct Apple's underlying signals.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew at the interval you chose (monthly or annual). You can cancel any time from settings — access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Suspension

We can suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to defraud billing, or violate these terms. We'll try to email you first when it's safe to do so.

No SLA at this stage

ASO Maniac is in MVP. We aim for high availability but don't offer a contractual uptime SLA yet. Enterprise plans negotiate this directly.
