- Can I switch plans anytime?
- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your billing settings at any time. Upgrades are prorated immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
- Is there a free trial?
- Every new account gets a 14-day Pro trial automatically — no credit card required. You can also stay on the Free plan forever if you only need light usage.
- What happens if I exceed my limit?
- We'll notify you when you hit 80% and 100% of your daily API quota. After that, requests return a clear PLAN_LIMIT_EXCEEDED error until the next reset or until you upgrade — we never silently overcharge.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Yes. If something isn't working for you in the first 14 days of a paid plan, email support@asomaniac.com and we'll refund you, no questions asked.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice — get in touch through the contact page.
